What we're listening to at the office. (10-14-2010)

I found this guy recently. Kill me if you've already heard about this dude ages ago but I'm not really listening to much hip-hop and r&b lately. How soulful is this though?! IKR?! It sounds so 70s Mo-Town without being corny about the vintage references. I especially like the song in the second half of the video.
